HighRez Homes takes great care in making sure each image of your listing will impress your seller and attract more buyers; giving them the need to put your listing on the “must see” list. HighRez employs sophisticated photographic equipment and post production techniques including VividView technology. Be assured of getting the best residential imaging available. Photos are delivered to you in multiple sets, optimized for your final upload locations including a separate set formulated for NWMLS.
 

What we are not: HighRez Homes is not primarily an “agent web site” and/or “virtual tour provider”. We do not feature the ability to upload whatever photos you provide yourself to a virtual tour site. HighRez is also not a Virtual Tour provider that charges $50 a month or more, for multiple online listings.

What we are: HighRez is first; a provider of professional photographic services for your listings. Your finished product includes the amount of photos you ordered, all professionally photographed and edited to provide you with the visual ammunition to get your listing sold.

In addition to the delivered final photos, HighRez also includes a FREE, hosted photo gallery of those images for you to use as you wish. (On packages above MLS 15)         This includes the ability to enter that web address into the MLS “Virtual Media” link or your web site. (see Hosted Site page) Photo gallery also includes:

• · A direct link to your own personal web site
• · A direct link to your property details page for each listing
• · A direct link to you via e-mail

The hosted gallery is good through the life of the listing. (HighRez assumes you have separate sources for flyers, post cards, agent web site, and the rest)

• HighRez is owned by a Washington State real estate broker. Who better to understand what attributes of the home will spark a buyers interest.
• HighRez does not require the homeowner or broker to be present for the photo shoot as long as a key box has already been placed at the home.
• All photos are optimized in multiple sets for uploads and print advertising. This will be especially important as a set for the NWMLS and Realtor.com.
